Presenting at Pecha Kucha Beijing, Dec 13 2008
For the last Beijing Pecha Kucha of 2008, I (or rather, the real-life version of SL: Miniature Tigerpaw) gave a little talk about RMB City for the good people gathered in Song Bar (cool design; weird shopping-mall-basement location). I had come down with some mysterious stomach virus the day before, but powered through with copious amounts of Perrier and the kindness of the PKBJ folks who tried to push me earlier in the lineup. Your 6 minutes and 40 seconds of fame are over before you know it…
(Update: Just saw an article about the event on That’s BJ that uses the same “6 minutes” joke and also says I did a “stand-out job”; I feel more famous already!)
